Photo : Nicolas Defretin.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Astuce n\u00b01 : comment chausser\u00a0sa fixation \u00e0 inserts<\/h3>\n<p>Selon le terrain (\u00e0 plat, ou en pente), selon que vouliez enclencher le ski aval ou le ski amont, vous chausserez, au choix :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>soit les deux ergots en m\u00eame temps,<\/li>\n<li>soit d&rsquo;abord l&rsquo;un, puis l&rsquo;autre<\/li>\n<li>soit en commen\u00e7ant d&rsquo;abord par positionner l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re de la chaussure afin d&rsquo;\u00eatre dans le bon axe pour enclencher les ergots.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il est plus facile de commencer d&rsquo;abord par positionner un ergot, puis l&rsquo;autre. \u00ab\u00a0mont\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>Sur les fixations de ski de randonn\u00e9e, il y a une position \u00ab\u00a0mont\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb et une position \u00ab\u00a0descente\u00a0\u00bb, qui s&rsquo;enclenche dans la plupart des cas par un levier sur la but\u00e9e avant.\u00a0Voici la position \u00ab\u00a0mont\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;une fixation de ski de rando :<\/p>\n<figure L&rsquo;angle ainsi donn\u00e9 \u00e0 la chaussure, donc \u00e0 votre corps, permet de diminuer l&rsquo;effet de \u00ab\u00a0pente raide\u00a0\u00bb pour plus de confort et de facilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ces cales de mont\u00e9e s&rsquo;actionnent \u00e0 la main (sur certains mod\u00e8les avec des b\u00e2tons, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours simple). Pour ce faire, rien de plus simple : actionnez le levier vers le bas, bien fort. C&rsquo;est bon, vous avez d\u00e9chauss\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p>Nous recommandons de faire cette manipulation avec votre main, et non avec votre b\u00e2ton. La pointe de votre b\u00e2ton raye votre fixation, d&rsquo;une part. Dans tous les cas, c&rsquo;est \u00e9galement aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un professionnel qu&rsquo;il faudra demander conseil, car lui-seul est en contact avec le SAV de la marque concern\u00e9e. Pour commencer, il faut savoir qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo; y a pas de normes et de r\u00e8gles tr\u00e8s strictes pour les fixations de ski de randonn\u00e9e.<br \/>\nCertaines fixations typ\u00e9e course n&rsquo;ont tout simplement pas de r\u00e9glage de d\u00e9chausse comme en ski alpinisme par exemple. Seule la fourchette est tar\u00e9 pour d\u00e9crocher \u00e0 80kg (standard homme) ou \u00e0 60kg (standard femme).<br \/>\nEn loisir, on trouve de plus en plus de fixations de ski de randonn\u00e9e avec un ou deux r\u00e9glages de d\u00e9clenchement possible sur la talonni\u00e8re.<br \/>\nExemple ci-dessous avec la fixation PLUM Guide sur laquelle est pr\u00e9vu un r\u00e9glage de d\u00e9clenchement lat\u00e9ral (la grosse vis arri\u00e8re) + un r\u00e9glage de d\u00e9clenchement frontal (la petite vis centrale) avec 2 grilles de r\u00e9glage de 5,5 \u00e0 12.<\/p>\n<h4><em>Pour r\u00e9aliser un premier r\u00e9glage de base, on consid\u00e8re le poids nu du skieur (le matin sur la balance). Par exemple un skieur de 70Kg sera r\u00e9gl\u00e9 sur 7. Un skieur de 80kg sera r\u00e9gl\u00e9 sur 8.<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Vous me direz qu&rsquo;avec les chaussures, tout l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, le sac \u00e0 dos, on est 10 \u00e0 15kg plus charg\u00e9 que ce poids. C&rsquo;est tant mieux, cela garantira un bon d\u00e9clenchement lorsque l&rsquo;on croise ses skis par erreur.<br \/>\nEnsuite interviennent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments compl\u00e9mentaire comme l&rsquo;\u00e2ge et le niveau du skieur.<br \/>\nLorsque l&rsquo;on ski fort, on peut facilement monter de 10 \u00e0 20kg soit +1 \u00e0 +2 sur le r\u00e9glage. Un bon skieur de pente raide de 30 ans et 70kg pourra facilement r\u00e9gler son ski sur 8 voir 9 pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr de ne pas d\u00e9clencher trop facilement.<br \/>\nA l&rsquo;inverse, \u00e0 65 ans, on conseille g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de baisser le poids de d\u00e9clenchement de -10kg (soit -1 au r\u00e9glage) pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr d&rsquo;un bon d\u00e9clenchement. M\u00eame chose s&rsquo;il vous manque d\u00e9j\u00e0 un ligament crois\u00e9, on baisse de 5 \u00e0 10kg (soit -0,5 \u00e0 1 au r\u00e9glage). Par exemple, une skieuse de 55kg avec un ligament crois\u00e9 en moins r\u00e8glera sa fixation \u00e0 50kg \u00e0 25 ans et \u00e0 45kg \u00e0 40 ans.<br \/>\nTout d\u00e9pend \u00e9galement de sa fa\u00e7on de skier en randonn\u00e9e et du type de neige rencontr\u00e9e.<br \/>\nSi on skie en faisant de petits virages tranquilles, en petite godilles et dans la poudreuse, le r\u00e9glage peut \u00eatre all\u00e9g\u00e9 (-10kg), les fixations ne d\u00e9chausseront pas. A l&rsquo;inverse, si on skie sur des neiges tr\u00e8s changeantes, comme au printemps par exemple, ou sur neige dure, lors de virages saut\u00e9s ou dans les bosses en appuyant assez fort, il vaut mieux monter son r\u00e9glage de fixation de +10kg pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr de ne pas d\u00e9chausser inopin\u00e9ment.<br \/>\nVous l&rsquo;aurez compris, le r\u00e9glage d&rsquo;une fixation de ski de rando reste tr\u00e8s personnel et d\u00e9pend de nombreux facteurs.
